A Parson Russell terrier sits in a kennel at St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center. Law enforcement officers and animal welfare groups went to a Kingwood, N.J. home Tuesday to remove nearly 200 dogs, which were mostly Russell terriers. Officials said the animals seemed to have had limited human contact and minimal to no veterinary care. No charges have been filed, but officials say they're continuing to investigate.
