Alice V. Mantey

Alice V. Mantey, age 86, of Novi, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024, at Ascension Providence Hospital in Novi. Left to cherish her memory are her loving children: Robert (Audrey) Mantey, Jr., Linda Mantey, and David (Jenni) Mantey; her two grandchildren: Mark Mantey, and Claire Jakubiszyn; and her sister, Nancy Heida. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Louise; her beloved husband, Robert Michael Mantey; cousin Ralph Grogetsky and her brother-in-law, Marvin Heida. A Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 5885 N. Venoy Road, Westland, Michigan 48185. Alice’s family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon. A burial will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Park in Livonia. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may consider contributions in Alice’s memory to St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
