Ivan Dalou is the new executive chef at Tigerlily in Ferndale

New chef at Tigerlily: Ivan Dalou has been named the new executive chef at Ferndale’s Tigerlily restaurant, part of the Hometown Restaurant Group that also includes Pop’s for Italian, Public House and One Eyed Betty’s. Dalou was Tigerlily’s opening sushi chef and later a sous chef. He’s worked at Adachi, Chen Chow, the Lark, Craft Work and Ferndale’s Sakana.
