Chinese New Year at Mon Jin Lau: Ring in the Year of the Dragon at this longstanding Chinese restaurant, which has hosted this party for more than 40 years. HopCat is coming to Partridge Creek: Project BarFly recently announced plans to open its first Macomb County HopCat location. The beer-centric bar and restaurant is expected to debut at the Mall at Partridge Creek this summer. Once open, it will be the 10th Michigan HopCat location. Hopcat.com.

Bacco adds Monday service: Last month, chef Luciano DelSignore announced he would close his longstanding Italian restaurant Bacco Ristorante on March 23.
