Mike Posner has a Halloween treat for his fans: a new album from his side project, Mansionz.

The duo — Posner and singer-songwriter Blackbear — released its second album, "Mansionz 2," on Tuesday. The set follows 2017's "Mansionz," which featured the tracks "Gorgeous" and "STFU."

Mike Posner, left, and Blackbear arrive for the 59th Grammy Awards on February 12, 2017, in Los Angeles, California.

The 15-track project was teased on social media for about two weeks before its release.

The 35-year-old Posner, who hails from Southfield, released his most recent solo album, "Operation: Wake Up," in 2020. In recent years he's been tending to personal projects, climbing Mount Everest in 2021 and walking across America in 2019.

In September, Posner led a wellness trip through Iceland via his Adventures with Mike program.

Posner's "I Took a Pill in Ibiza" was nominated for a Grammy for Song of the Year in 2017. He's released six solo albums and a 2017 book of poetry, "Teardrops and Balloons."
