Thirty Seconds to Mars announces 2024 Metro Detroit concert

Thirty Seconds to Mars will perform at Pine Knob Music Theatre Aug. 6 on its Seasons 2024 World Tour, promoters announced Thursday.

Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 17 via Ticketmaster channels. Pre-sales start at 10 a.m. Friday.

The Pine Knob show, featuring openers AFI, Poppy and KennyHoopla, is part of a slate of North American dates that kicks off July 26 in Auburn, Washington, and runs through Sept. 4 in Mountain View, California.

The Jared Leto-led outfit released its latest album, "It's the End of the World but It's a Beautiful Day," in September.

The band's last local concert was at the then-DTE Energy Music Theatre in June 2018.
