Richie Hawtin, Ludacris, Tee Grizzley, Carl Craig join Movement lineup

Tickets for the Memorial Day weekend festival are on sale now.

Richie Hawtin will join previously announced headliners Fatboy Slim and Solomun at this year's Movement festival, organizers announced Wednesday.

Hawtin joins a full lineup of more than 100 acts that includes Ludacris, Goldie, Carl Craig, Tee Grizzley, Chris Lake, Channel Tres, Masters At Work, LTJ Bukem, Robert Hood (performing as Floorplan), the Blessed Madonna, Paul Woolford (performing as Special Request), Fatima Hajji, British Murder Boys, Partiboi69 and more.

The annual electronic music festival will be held May 25-27 at Detroit's Hart Plaza. General admission and VIP tickets are now on sale through the fest's website in both three-day and individual day packages. Three-day GA tickets are $355, individual GA tickets are $195, and VIP tickets are $468 for the weekend or $247 daily.

Also a part of Wednesday's lineup announcement are Stacey Pullen, Waajeed, K-1 (featuring DJ 3000, DJ Godfather and Aux 88's Keith Tucker), Delano Smith, Terrence Parker, Dames Brown, DJ Holographic, Stacey Hotwaxx Hale, DJ Cent, Drummer B, Rimarkable, Tammy Lakkis, Huey Mnemonic, Fabiola, Something Blue, John Collins, Ataxia with Mister Joshooa, Ladymonix, Augustus Williams and more.

Previously announced performers include James Blake, Boys Noize, Goldie, Gorgon City, LP Giobbi, Skream, I Hate Models, Indira Paganotto, Jaguar, VTSS (performing with Boys Noize), 999999999, Honey Dijon, Floating Points, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Joseph Capriati, DJ Minx and Mount Kimbie. Movement has been a Memorial Day weekend staple in Hart Plaza since 2006. The fest's 2020 and 2021 editions were halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
