The latest: This Detroit-based rapper has two self-released albums under his belt, and recently dropped the track “Westside” featuring Royce Da 5’9”. This comes ahead of the release of his upcoming mixtape “Microdose.” Next week on Tuesday, the rapper will debut another single “Get Em High.” He's gotten good press so far for his music, including from Billboard, which says he offers "seeds of wisdom sprinkled throughout his skillfully composed recollections."

Next: The themes of Bell’s upcoming project “Microdose,” out May 17, are psychedelics, spirituality, street smarts, veganism and “hustle culture.” Along with executive producer Royce, “Microdose” features Black Thought, Symba, Conway the Machine and Skilla Baby.

“I was inspired to create something sonically that hasn’t really been heard of for my generation,” said Bell.
