Billie Eilish sets Detroit date on 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' tour

Billie Eilish is headed to Detroit on the tour behind her new album "Hit Me Hard and Soft," promoters announced Monday.

The 22-year-old Grammy winning superstar will play Little Caesars Arena on Oct. 7. Tickets go on sale to the general public at noon on Friday via Ticketmaster, and pre-sales start Tuesday.

"Hit Me Hard and Soft" is due out on May 17. It's Eilish's third studio album, and follows her 2021 set "Happier Than Ever."

Eilish's 34-date North American tour kicks off Sept. 29 in Quebec and ends with three shows in Inglewood, Calif., Dec. 15-17. Dates in Australia and Europe/ U.K./ Ireland follow in 2025.

Eilish recently picked up the Grammy for Song of the Year for "What Was I Made For?" from the "Barbie" soundtrack. The song also won an Oscar for Best Original Song, her second, following her theme song for the James Bond movie "No Time to Die."

Eilish's last area performance was in March 2022 at LCA.
