(FILE -2004) Detroit and Motown legend Aretha Franklin performs at the 25th Ford Detroit International Jazz Festival at Hart Plaza in Detroit, Michigan on September 6, 2004.

A piece of musical history is up for grabs with the apparent listing of Aretha Franklin’s Bloomfield Township home.

Realtor.com reported that the Colonial-style home at 4585 Kiftsgate Bend belongs to the late singer. It is near Telegraph between West Long Lake and Lone Pine.

A listing from The Michael Team at ReMax reveals the 4,148-square-foot brick home is going for $800,000. It has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and access to the gated community’s pool and tennis courts.

Photos posted online show room after spacious room, all empty, with many of the windows featuring elegant bars.

The listing also boasts a three-car garage, jetted tub with sauna and multiple decks. It describes the house, which was built in 1990 and remodeled in 2002, as a “great opportunity for remodel or renovation.”

Franklin, who died in August at age 76, was living in Riverfront Towers in Detroit toward the end of her life. Reports state she purchased the Bloomfield Township home in 1997 for $1.2 million.
