Herman Miller Celebrates 100 Years

In celebration of its 100th anniversary this year, Herman Miller has partnered with auction house Wright to curate a capsule of rare vintage Herman Miller pieces available for sale. The Herman Miller Vintage Collection offers an assortment of 100 iconic, hard-to-find pieces produced throughout the brand’s century-long history, from a custom 670 lounge chair and a 671 ottoman by Charles and Ray Eames (1956) to a Peter J. Protzman rocker and more. “The 100 pieces offered in the vintage capsule collection feel just as relevant today as when first introduced and offer insight into how a Herman Miller product starts as an innovation and becomes an archetype,” according to the website. Pieces average from $500 to $10,000; supply is limited but new pieces are added frequently as others sell.  Visit hermanmillervintage.wright20.com.
