Detroit police are on the lookout for an identical twin brother who faces an identical 43 counts as his sibling – including assault with intent to murder – over a gas station shooting Tuesday on Detroit's west side.

Twin brothers Terry and Garry Outsey, 32, face multiple charges over the wounding of a man at a gas station in the 21500 block of Fenkell in Detroit on Dec. 19, 2017.

Police say that on Tuesday at 11:05 p.m., at an Exxon Mobil gas station on the 21500 block of Fenkell, twins Garry and Terry Outsey, 32, pulled up to the gas station in a gray Grand Marquis.

A man was wounded in the thigh following a shooting at an Exxon gas station in the 21500 block of Fenkell Dec. 19. Brothers Garry and Terry Outsey, who police say are the two on surveillance video, have been charged in the crime.

One of the brothers, police say, made eye contact with the 33-year-old man who would become the victim. The man was with family and standing by another gas pump.

One of the twins went inside the station, got back into the Grand Marquis and drove off. Police say the twins returned seconds later, got out of the Grand Marquis, and began shooting at the man as he ran. At least one shot hit the victim in his thigh. The victim was privately conveyed to an area hospital, and last listed in stable condition.
