A 30-year-old man was shot twice early Sunday morning after an argument with an older man at a club on Detroit's west side ended in violence outside the venue.

Police say the victim was at the Opyum Lounge when he got into an argument with a man about 20 years his senior. The older man wore a black mink fur coat and was armed with a handgun.

The shooting took place about 12:22 a.m., on the 24500 block of West Eight Mile, east of Five Points.

Police say the victim was at the Opyum Lounge when he got into an argument with a man about 20 years his senior. The older man wore a black mink fur coat and was armed with a handgun.

After the men argued, the suspect followed the victim behind the building. There the argument continued before the suspect pulled the handgun and fired shots, two of which struck the victim.

The victim was in stable condition. No arrests were made at the scene.
