This time last year, Jack Gohlke was wrapping up his Division II basketball career, in relative anonymity.

Now, Gohlke is getting his own Bobblehead, after a breakout performance for Oakland in its stunning NCAA Tournament victory over Kentucky.

The Milwaukee-based National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum announced Friday that it is dropping a Gohlke Bobblehead, which will ship in October. The Bobblehead production will be limited to 2,024, and each Bobblehead will be individually numbered. The Bobbleheads are being produced in partnership with Oakland.

“Jack’s legendary performances will be remembered by fans across the world who were captivated by his incredible performances, and we know they’re going to love Jack’s first Bobbleheads," Phil Sklar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, said in announcing the Gohlke line.

Jack Gohlke is getting a bobblehead to commemorate his big NCAA Tournament game, a win over Kentucky.

Gohlke, a suburban Milwaukee native, played the bulk of his college career at Division II Hillsdale, before transferring to Division I Oakland before this past season.

Gohlke was the Horizon League sixth man of the year, and then had his best performance in the 80-76 win over Kentucky in the Round of 64 in the NCAA Tournament, making 10 3-pointers. The performance earned Gohlke a series of NIL endorsements, before Oakland's second NCAA Tournament game.

Gohlke then made six 3-pointers in the 79-73 overtime loss to N.C. State in the Round of 32.

There will be two versions of the Bobblehead, one of Gohlke shooting a 3 (with a basketball attached with a spring), and the other of Gohlke shooting an imaginary bow and arrow, which was his celebration pose that was featured in the NCAA Tournament's "One Shining Moment" montage. The base of each of the Bobbleheads will feature Oakland's bear-head logo.

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum came out with a Bobblehead for coach Greg Kampe earlier this month, as well as one for Grizz, Oakland's mascot. The museum has sold nearly 200 Kampe Bobbleheads, Sklar said.

The Gohlke Bobbleheads are $30, plus $8 for shipping, and can be preordered HERE. They will ship in October.
