NFL invites 18 former Michigan players to scouting combine

Former Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh last July predicted the Wolverines will set an NFL Draft record in 2024 with the most draft picks from a single school.

Harbaugh, who led Michigan to the national championship last month and is now the head coach of the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers, might be right.

Michigan defensive back Mike Sainristil is one of 18 former Wolverines invited to the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

On Tuesday, the NFL released its invite list for the NFL Scouting Combine that takes place Feb. 26-March 4 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, and 18 Michigan players are on it.

Georgia set the NFL Draft record with 15 players selected in 2022.
