Detroit News sports writer Ted Kulfan will be inducted Sunday into the Dearborn Parks and Recreation Sports Hall of Fame.

Kulfan, a lifelong Dearborn resident, is being honored in the Sports Legends Hall of Fame category, which “honors Dearborn residents who distinguish themselves in sports programs beyond the level of those sponsored or conducted by the Dearborn Parks and Recreation Department."

Kulfan is married to Angela Kulfan. He has a son, T.J. and daughter-in-law Linda.
